Update Wednesday by Gail

We are having another community day in the garden Saturday. Please plan to join. We will start as soon as you get there, and the earlier the better.

Things we would like to accomplish:
Weeding the outer beds in preparation for planting;
Plant the remaining Pom tree. Thank you Elva and Primavera
Decide what medicinals we would like to purchase at the upcoming Desert Survivors plant sale.
Finish mulching the remaining beds
Take an inventory of what seeds we have to plant and what we are need to acquire. I purchased for radish, chard, beet and bok choi for us.
Decide on the outlet location—Barry is ready to work on the light and outlet fixture

I stopped by the garden today and Andy reports that he has completed the repairs on the sprinkler system!! AWESOME DUDE! Yes, I left the comma out intentionally, you are awesome Andy.

Tomorrow is the seed exchange at the farmers’ market. This is a good opportunity for us to share seeds from plants we have grown in exchange for seeds from others’ gardens. I plan to go—if you have seeds that you would like to send with me, I will barter and trade on behalf or Tierra Anita.

See you soon
Gail
